Not only it wasn't a random list of condos based on general filters, but it was hand-picked by her based on my criteria and feedback about what I was looking for. The end result was a not-overwhelming list with actually really good suggestions. Valerie was always available to visit condos with me, fast at setting up appointments and doing follow-ups with other agents. When a visit was scheduled, she always provided me with all the needed documents prior to the visit with some comments on things that I should take into consideration or questions that we should ask during the visit. When I was interested in a property and wanted to make an offer, she gave me all the information that I wanted to know.
